Wilkes County Register of Deeds Remote Access Site
Welcome to the Wilkes County Register of Deeds remote access site. As of October 18, 2017, we have completed our scheduled project of scanning the Land record index books from January 1, 1927- July 19, 1992. Our computerized index dates back to July 20, 1992 at the present time.
Our scanned images date back to July 1, 1970, which is Book 512. All of these images have been processed for the redaction of certain sensitive information. Redactions will appear in the form of black boxes covering the sensitive data.
My staff and I work diligently in maintaining our citizen’s records and take great care in properly indexing and filing these records. We are each public servants and are available should you have any questions or need help from our office or website. I love being Wilkes County’s Register of Deeds and will continue to work hard at making our office a modern, accessible, well-staffed and helpful Register of Deeds.
